About the Doctor

🍓 Meet Dr. Brent Fragola – Your Partner in Health and Wellness!

🍓 With over 25,000 adjustments performed in his career, Dr. Brent Fragola brings a wealth of experience to his practice. After leading a corporate clinic, Dr. Brent decided to build his own practice with one clear focus: offering personalized, family-centered care. He believes in taking the time to understand each patient's unique needs and providing the most attentive, effective care possible.

🍓 Dr. Brent holds a B.S. in Exercise & Sport Science from Temple University (2017) and graduated cum laude with his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2020. His expertise spans manual adjustments/therapy, and nutrition, with a special focus on weight loss and metabolic health. Dr. Brent has helped countless patients achieve sustainable weight loss and reverse chronic health conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and neurological decline issues.

🍓 A lifelong sports enthusiast, Dr. Brent loves staying active and lives with a passion for health. Originally from New Jersey and raised in Pennsylvania, he’s an avid fan of the New York Yankees, Washington Redskins, Florida Gators, and New Jersey Devils.

🍓 When he's not working, Dr. Brent enjoys spending quality time with his family, listening to music and podcasts, playing with his two rescue dogs, Jupiter and Jersey, and diving into books on nutrition and health.

🍓 Dr. Brent is married to his wonderful wife, Melody, and is proud to have a brother who is a Medical Doctor at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL.

Dr. Fragola educated me in a way that didn’t go over my head. He advised a step-by-step process that if followed could change my lifestyle in a positive way. He met me where I was at and also worked with me to help with my own self accountability to ensure I was following the process. 4 Weeks in and 18 pounds down not only do I feel it was effective but I feel better as well.
